What’s on during the week?
Wednesdays: Holy Communion: Every week at 10.00am.
Held each Sunday Night at 7:30pm. A time in which we come into God’s presence in a safe and peaceful
environment where we can listen to God and allow him to minister to us.
House groups are run at different times during the month (usually weekly).
Alongside prayer in the services and the opportunity to receive personal prayer (after the main 10:00am
service on Sunday morning), we have regular prayer times on Monday evenings and there are also
various prayer events throughout the month.
We have a music group that leads the worship for our Sunday morning services at 10:00am
Art group: Meets at the Church every Tuesday at 10:00am. All ages and abilities are welcome.
Local community: We organise a number of events throughout the year and are delighted to invite our
neighbours to come and enjoy the time together, be it for worship or for a variety of social activities.
A wide range of groups use the Church hall on a regular basis -
for various functions -
The Sick and Housebound: We are very happy to offer pastoral visits and/or home communion to anyone
in the parish who is unable to attend church for reasons of ill health.
Family Events: Baptisms, dedications, thanksgivings, weddings, blessings of civil marriages and funerals
all take place at St Paul’s.
Coffee Stop: This is a time when we open up the church for anyone to drop by for a Tea or Coffee. Usually each Monday between 2:00 pm and 3:30 pm and Fridays between 10:00 am and 12:00 am.
Special Events: Besides those activities mentioned above, we have many church social events as well.
Examples of past and future events include: Church Lunch and Ramble, Church Picnic with a chance for a
try at canoeing, Cinema evening, Men’s Evening, Ladies Evening, BBQ’s, Coffee mornings etc etc.
